A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

All services require a $50 deposit if you are not able to make your appointment deposit is non refundable only refundable deposits are in the rare case that cotton ball has to cancel. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be allowed to book again with with a new deposit.

All full-day and half-day rates include travel fees. For all production packages, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Additional hours for production shoots begin at $125.00.

After-hours appointments are available. For after-hours appointments, please email me at info@everythingcottonball with any critical details. After-hours appointments are subject to an additional fee.

We have on-site parking. Please park in parking spaces designated for Telephone Factory Loft guest. Please remember to give your service provider, Chelsea, your license plate details as soon as you arrive to get your car registered before entering the building.

There is also free street parking available on Ralph McGill Blvd. Be sure to look for the signs for where to park before leaving your vehicle.
